With a record participation, France has managed to stop Le Pen’s far-right. According to the first exit poll, the National Group would come in third place.
The vote of the second round of legislative elections has finished with him rejected to the extreme right by Marine Le Pen, in what represents a surprising reversal compared to the results of the first round on June 30.

Participation record
The participation was once again a record in the legislative elections in France: 26.63% at noon, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior. It had been 25.90% at the same time in the first round. Such a high figure has not been recorded since 1981.
