Toro Promotion, Inc. launches new professional boxing series “The Heartbeat of LA Boxing” which was a huge success last night at Pacific Palms Resort. Undefeated Tsotne “Mr. T” Rogova (10-0, 7 KOs ) won the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight title of the United States. It was an event that featured six professional launches.
