The situation on the border between Russia and Ukraine has intensified in recent hours. Russia has mobilized additional tanks, artillery and rocket systems toward the southern Kursk region.

Russian diplomats in Vienna have informed the IAEA about the discovery of fragments, possibly from downed missiles, although there is no evidence of a direct attack on the station.
