The Chilean Manuel Pellegrini, coach of Betis, before the clash against Atlético de Madrid, stated that his team is not going to be the judge of The league because “there is a lot left”, eight more games and “with that amount of points no one can be considered a sure winner or loser either.”

The Chilean coach thus focused on his work and spoke about the consequences of the clash against Atlético de Madrid, which arrives at the Benito Villamarín stadium as leader of the classification with 66 points, although followed by one Barcelona already two for him Real Madrid.
Regarding the rival, Pellegrini highlighted that he has “important casualties like Luis Suárez and Marcos Llorente”, although he considered that the ‘Colchoneros’ “have a squad so as not to have any problems” and pointed out that, however, “the importance cannot be hidden of Suárez’s absence”.
The Chilean also highlighted the trajectory of his team and the fact that, at this point in the competition, they are classified in sixth position with 46 points, the same as Real Sociedad has one place above and Villarreal one place below.
