Former Olympic champion Estelle Mossely is a candidate for president of the French Boxing Federation. The current president is Dominic Nato, who was once a very good boxer. and is trying to be re-elected when the election is held on December 14th.
Mossili won gold at Rio 2016 and then turned professional. She is 11-0-1 and remains active. She returned to amateur boxing at Paris 2024 this year, but battled injuries and lost in the first round.

Italian champion Gianmarco Cardillo (12-0-2) and Swede Pezman Sifkani (17-1) will fight in the heavyweight division. Cardillo will defend his title on September 27 against Eduardo Gustini and in the event of a victory is expected to continue his fight with Saifkani.
