COMMERCE, CA – Middleweight fighters Eric Priest and Tyler Howard. They made a splash here on Wednesday. Ahead of their clash on “Golden Boy Fight Night” on Thursday at Commerce Casino.

Priest, 26, weighed in at 164.2 pounds, while Howard, 33, weighed in at 163.6 pounds for the catchweight fight.

Priest is 14-0 (9 knockouts) who trains at Brickhouse Boxing in Los Angeles. Fighted twice in 2024, winning both bouts by unanimous decision. This is the first time Priest has appeared on a card since he signed with Golden Boy Promotions.

Howard, 20-2 (11 KO), from Houston, last fought in November, knocking out Troy Eisley by unanimous decision.

The 10-round main event will be broadcast on DAZN and Golden Boy Boxing’s YouTube.

Pettus, 12-3 (7 KOs) Coming off a loss to Austin Deanda in November. But he never stopped working as a professional.
