In June, Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy praised his quarterback Dak Prescott for having its “best off-season program.”
Fast forward to the first week of July, Prescott was spotted wearing a protective walking boot while on vacation.
Prescott has been dealing with a very minor foot sprain for the past few days and it is not considered to be anything that should affect his preparation for the 2024 season, the Dallas Cowboys spokesperson said.
In 2023, Prescott led the league with 410 completions and 36 touchdown passes. He also threw for 4,516 passing yards, his career-high since 2019.
Dallas will begin training camp practice on July 25 in Oxnard, California.
