The activist was apparently admitted to intensive care at the Rafidia hospital in Nablus before succumbing to her injuries, according to the Wafa news agency, citing medical sources.
Local Palestinian media outlets claimed that the woman was participating in a campaign to protect Palestinian farmers from the Israeli army.
Turkish media said Ezgi Eygi was born in Antalya and had American citizenship.
The incident comes as the IDF withdraws from the city of Jenin following one of its largest operations in the occupied West Bank since the start of the war. war between Israel and Hamas in October 2023.
