Prepare to be excited when the film hits theaters. Pixar sequel from the 2015 film ‘Inside Out’, which hopes to bring some happiness to the box office numbers in the process.

‘Treasure’
This is one to avoid, according to our resident film critic David Mouriquand. He writes that ‘Treasure,’ which premiered earlier this year at the Berlin International Film Festival, is a “frustrating, aimless road movie that tries Delve into hereditary trauma and the legacy of the HolocaustHe adds: “Their well-intentioned efforts are undermined by a script that makes the central protagonist completely insufferable” – despite Stephen Fry’s best efforts to keep things afloat. TV series
‘House of the Dragon’, 2nd season (HBO)
It has seemed like an eternity since the first season of ‘The House of the Dragon’ aired in 2022, and what a ‘cliffhanger’ it left us, with Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy) learning of the murder of her son and addressing the camera with esa look. Yeah, a civil war is brewing in Westeros as Queen Rhaenyra fights to maintain her reign over King Aegon. There will be a lot of violence, a lot of incest and a lot of evil dragons, as is to be expected when she re-enters the imagination of George RR Martin. We just hope there aren’t so many childbirth scenes this time, or we’ll have to rethink dinnertime.

theater
‘Romeo and Juliet’ at the Duke of York’s Theater in London (United Kingdom)
‘Romeo and Juliet’ runs until August 3 at the Duke of York’s Theater in London. While there have of course been many, many adaptations of Shakespeare’s story of lovers separated by fate, the appeal of this one is its exciting cast and director. Tom Holland (‘Spider-Man: No Homecoming’) and Francesca Amewudah-Rivers are the protagonistswhile Jamie Lloyd, who has recently worked on ‘Sunset Boulevard’winner of an Olivier award, is in charge of directing.
Lloyd, known for his minimalist adaptations of classic proofs and for working with major Hollywood stars, has framed his iteration of Shakespeare’s 1597 play in fragments, as if seen through a dream. Warning: There are not likely to be many tickets left and those that remain will be expensive.
