NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg also urges the West to continue sending weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, whatever the cost, saying the outcome of the war with Russia “will shape global security for decades to come.”
The leaders of NATO countries in Europe and North America have come to Washington this week for a summit where aid to Ukrainethe Defense and Defense unit Biden’s performance on the world stage will be on the agenda.
Biden insisted that Ukraine will not back down from Russian aggression at an event celebrating the 75th anniversary of the military alliance of NATO. “We know that Putin will not stop in Ukraine“Biden said. “But make no mistake: Ukraine can and will stop Putin.”
“In Europe, Putin’s war of aggression against Ukraine continuesand Putin wants nothing less than the total subjugation of Ukraine to end Ukraine’s democracy. Destroy Ukraine’s culture and wipe Ukraine off the map,” she added.

So the outcome of this war will shape global security for decades to come. The time to defend freedom and democracy is now,” he said.
