An Italian citizen has been charged with murder for allegedly cutting off his brother’s head while he was sleeping.
Annibale Miarelli68 years old, was beheaded by his brother Benitowho supposedly I would have thrown the severed head out the window.
The accused later called the police himself.
The two brothers had been living together for six months in their family apartment in the town of Pannarano, Benevento province in southern Italy.
