On April 11, Rashee turned himself in after the Dallas Police Department issued an arrest warrant for him on eight serious charges: six counts of collision involving bodily injury, one count of aggravated assault and one count of collision involving serious bodily injury. .

He was released after posting bail of $40,000, $5,000 for each of the eight charges filed against him.
