US military bases in Germany and other European countries are on high alert due to a terrorist threat. Over the weekend, the Pentagon ordered the second highest alert level, “Charlie”, on all bases. The alert was reported by ‘ABC News’ and ‘CNN’ on Sunday, citing anonymous officials.
