The Houston Texans announced this Tuesday that star receiver Stefon Diggs will miss the remainder of the 2024 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
“It really hurts us. He was a very important part of our team and he contributed not only on the field but also as a leader,” lamented Temeco Ryans, head coach.

“Stephon contributed a lot to our team and now that he’s gone we have to take over. We certainly pray for his speedy and successful recovery, but we know it’s a tough blow for us,” the coach said.
The 30-year-old came to bolster the Texans’ passing offense for $22.5 million this season and was injured during Sunday’s win over the Colts.
