“You can be in a loud environment; ours is loud all year,” Campbell said of Washington’s task of facing Detroit’s defense this week, according to Pro Football Talk. “How does that affect them? It only takes one thing for something to go wrong and end that streak or something outside of that. That’s what you’re looking for. That’s what you’re waiting for.
“So I’m glad we’re home. I can’t wait to hear that crowd, we know they’re behind us, it’s going to be electric.”

Detroit is 7-2 at home this season, with its two losses coming to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (lost at home to Washington in the wild-card round last week) and the Buffalo Bills (13-4). Last season, the Lions went 6-3 during the regular season and won consecutive playoff games at home.
Washington, on the other hand, went 5-3 in the 2024 regular season, losing to the Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles, who made the playoffs.
