Promoter Bob Acua says he will fight in the spring in the first round after his fourth fight on Friday night in Tokyo, Japan.
Ibf, WBC, and WBO Superweight Champion inoue (29-0, 26 Kos) dropped Kim Hapless (21-3-2, 13 KI) in the fourth round. It was then considered at 2:25 by referee Nelson.
The fight had zero sporting value, as inoue hit kim at will for all four rounds. It was unbelievable that Team Inoue chose Kim as the replacement opponent. A better opponent must have been taken more than this guy, but we do not know if the general idea was to ensure in uoue it looked great. Assuming that goal, Kim was ideal.
“Another great performance from our champion here,” said Bob Arum. “I observed that the great country of Japan gave {shoes} Ohtani to Los Angeles. And at least for a fight, the great country of Japan will give you the great indoue to the city of Las Vegas this spring.”
Aum does not say that he, 31, could sabbatical, but for the most fans of the United States, it is taken to the current talent because it fails on the minor of the menu. If the inoue is to fight in Vegas or Los Angeles, he needs to fight quality fights. The American fans are less tolerant of the soft opposition that inoue have been fought than their loyal fans from Japan.
Suitable options for the struggling United States
– Gervonte Davis
– Rafael Espinoza
– Sugar Nunez
– Emanuel Nagnarete
– Vasily Lomenhenko
– Angelo Leo
– Rey Vargas
– Andy Cruz
– Shakur Stevenson
– Keyshawnavis Davis
Other than the fights, there is no one who is attally for the inoue to be fighting if he competes in the spring. Trot Sam Goodman As Naoya’s opponent doesn’t work for American fans.
They want to see the quality, and at the very least, they want the inoue to be in a 50-50 fight. So far, inue has been a big favorite in all his commands, and this is not interesting for fans of the United States for any sport. There is an EXCELLENT chance that inoue will lose to eight of the ten opponents from my list above, but at least he would have fought at level one for once. This is what the Americans want to see instead of the lower level fighters that have been faced.
Fans want to see Naoya take some risks to beat the likes of Gervonta Davis, Rafael Espinoza, or Emanuel Nalnarete. In other words, fighters where Inoue would be defeated for the first time in his career instead of a defeat that we saw in his fight against Ye Joon Kim.
This fight was brought to replace the original opponent of the NAOYA, Sam Goodman, a clearer punch that had knocked out no one of note to earn the mandatory point. It would have been finished against in moe as the dark hunting kim.
Interesting, Kim had lost in the Tour Robel (14-9) in 2023. Why was Kim still used as an opponent for the interal after that defeat? The promoters for Naoya may also have used Diesel as his opponent. What is the difference?
