Jake Paul says it’s his destiny to knock out former unified heavyweight champion Mike Tyson on Friday, November 15th on Netflix at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. This is not PPV.

This is a big step up in class for Jake to take on 58-year-old Mike Tyson, who still looks powerful and dangerous at his age. Paul has yet to fight a world champion during his four-year professional career. 12 oz gloves will be worn for this fight rather than the usual 10 oz for heavyweight bouts, and it will be an eight rounder with two minute rounds.

This fight will come down to whether Mike Tyson still has the explosiveness to connect with quick power shots against newcomer Jake Paul, who has never fought anyone close to the kind of talent the former world champion possessed during the his career

Jake Paul takes a big risk

He fought a mix of social media influencers, former basketball players, and washed-up former MMA fighters. In Jake’s only career defeat, he was defeated by cruiserweight Tommy Fury by an eight-round split decision on February 26, 2023.

Tommy is a British domestic level fighter, best known for being the brother of former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. However, he is seen as a limited, low-level, second-rate man. Jake losing to Tommy puts things into perspective a bit, showing where he is in terms of his boxing ability.

Paul’s recent fights:

– Mike Perry
– Ryan Bourland
– Second August
– Nate Diaz
– Tommy Fury: * Royal boxer, albeit at British domestic level

Jake can still punch and has the youth advantage over Tyson, who hasn’t fought in 19 years since June 11, 2005. Tyson looked fired at that point, losing to the young Kevin McBride by sixth-round knockout again It was a sign that Tyson had nothing left, as McBride had never beaten anyone before, and his career quickly crumbled to dust after that.

27-year-old YouTuber Jake Paul (10-1, 7 KOs), who has amassed a huge fortune estimated at $80 million from Celebrity Net Worth, is facing the former king of the heavyweight division, Mike Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) in an eight-round fight that will go down in the record books.

Jake is said to receive a scholarship of approx $40 million for the fight on Friday, while Tyson will receive $ 20 million.

Paul Certain Of Victory

“When it happens, it’s going to be a little bittersweet because I have love for him, but right now, we’re destined to go to war,” Jake Paul said on his YouTube channel when asked what it will mean for him to defeat Mike Tyson on Friday night.

If Tyson can land some of his power shots, he could knock Jake out, but it’s questionable if he can get to him. In Mike’s workout clips, he seems painfully slow and nothing like the fighter he was 20+ years ago during his professional career. The years have been tough for Iron Mike. Also, we don’t know if Tyson can fight hard without gassing out after one or two rounds.

In Tyson’s last two career defeats against McBride and Danny Williams, he went down after two rounds and was defeated by both fighters.

“He’s trying to take food off my plate. I’m trying to take food off his plate, and that’s what fighters do,” Jake said of Tyson. “For me, I dreamed of this, and it will be the beginning of what has been a 12-year career for me. This is my moment, my time to shine, and I will show the world who I am.

Jake is rich with generational moneyand his career will still hum along, bringing in the dough, even if Mike Tyson kicked him out. There would be no shame in being beaten by a great like Tyson, especially considering Jake’s lack of experience in this match. He hasn’t faced anyone remotely world-class yet.

“Nothing was ever given to me. I had to work for everything,” Jake said. “Suppressed by everybody, kicked off YouTube, kicked off the platforms, and here I am throwing the biggest event in all of entertainment actually.”

Jake has got the victim mentality going for him here, and he seems to feel sorry for himself despite being one of the rich fat cats. He had a lot of help to make his money, and he didn’t have to play the victim card.

“Now, show the rest of the world what hard work and perseverance can do. I’m happy to show that to other kids who maybe have to go through adversity that they have to fight, and they have to continue to prove themselves again and again. Yes, it’s already written,” said Paul that he defeated Mike Tyson on Friday.
