After Usyk schooled Fury in the latter half of their last fight – leaving Fury hanging on the ropes in the ninth round – people wondered if Fury was injured. Fury was quick to squash the rumours, however, casually brushing aside the concerns: “There was nothing wrong with my nose, just a bit of blood,” he told TNT Sports Boxing. “It wasn’t broken.” Just your standard nose smash, apparently. Despite probably being the underdog (ouch), Fury is still full of confidence, pointing to past rematch wins over McDermott, Chisora and Wilder. He says that he was not the favorite for a while: “It was very close last time. A little more focus, and it should do the job. Nothing drastic is going to change… If it was my time, I would have won then.
