Lorenzo Patricio (Waianae, Hawaii) defeated Rishi Singh (India) by unanimous decision to advance to the finals. and will face Mohamed Al Manushi (Germany) tomorrow. Emmanuel Chance (East Orange, New Jersey) won by unanimous decision over Pal Kris ( India) and will fight for the gold medal on November 2 against Fuma Kumamoto (Japan) after a two-day break.
Joseph Awinonya Jr. (Joliet, Illinois) defeated Mustafa Abdou (Algeria) by 8 points in the final and will face Rahul Kundu (India) on November 1 in the bout. 4th Place 75kg Elijah Lugo (Marietta, Georgia) took a 3-2 split decision over Sofiane Bissit (Germany) after scoring 8 times in the first round. and will fight Nikita Prohovski (Latvia) in the 6th fight on Friday.
Richaun Sims (Harrisburg Pennsylvania) earned a unanimous decision over Noweki Tomokino (New Zealand) and will compete for the gold medal against Hemant Sangwan (India) on Saturday.
Laila Zakirova (Staten Island, NY) and Nevaeh Williams (Cleveland, OH) won bronze medals after losing in the semifinals.
