Budapest district proposes referendum to ban Airbnb

Residents of Terézváros, Budapest’s sixth district, will go to the polls to vote on a ban on short-term rentals on Airbnb.

The inhabitants of the Hungarian neighborhood of Terezvároslocated in the country’s capital, will vote in a referendum to decide whether the short-term rental company should be banned Airbnb operate in the district.
