Russia is forced to evacuate another Kursk district

Ukraine restricts movements in a region bordering Kursk

On the other side of the border, the Ukrainian authorities decided this Tuesday to restrict the movements of civilians in part of the region of Amounts which borders the Russian Kursk region, for security reasons.
